Dr. Chappell is wonderful. She really cares about her patients. She is the only reason I have not changed practices.
Staff is just doing a job. Can’t even pronounce names correctly or even ask if they said it correctly. Front desk, MA and nurse were observed doing this. It would make a huge difference if they acted interested in you as a person.

Dr. Chappel is the BEST doctor I have ever visited. She is professional, kind, and sharp. I recently had a cyst removal and she made the process quick and easy! Her assisting nurse, Maria is absolutely wonderful as well. Highly recommend!!

I met Dr. Chappell during an emergency c-section. She was amazing! Instantly, she became my long time OBGYN. I have now been with her for almost 20 years! She is very intellectual, curious, detail oriented, and quick thinking. All of these make for a great doctor who is dedicated to continuing to learn. However, sometimes those qualities come at a cost of bed-side manner. That is NOT the case with Dr. Chappell. She has a great ability to take a complicated situation and bring it to an easy understanding with compassion. Would highly recommend her!
