Dr. Chappell is friendly and attentive. There was hardly any wait time. The front office and nursing staff were both very courteous. I got delayed for the appointment by a few minutes since I couldn’t figure out exactly which building the office was located and parking. WellStar Kennestone is spread out with several parking decks. I’m a new patient. They sent parking instructions when I made the appointment few months ago. It would have been helpful if the instructions were sent again with the confirmation email the week if the appointment. But still I give the practice 5 stars.

Dr. Huffman (along with the other doctors and midwives) has always made me feel like my health is her top concern. She has a great positive attitude, answers all my questions with no judgement, and personally walks you back out front to the check out desk. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. It's hard to find someone who cares about us women, but this practice most definitely does. Please consider giving them a visit!
