All the staff at check in are quick and friendly. The staff in the back are timely and patient while getting you to where you need to be. Everyone is very helpful and kind. Dr. Chappel is extremely down to earth. She tells it like it is and comes right in talking like you’ve been friends with her for years. She is personable and caring for your concerns. I highly recommend her and the staff. Even though I only see her once a year she makes me feel so welcome and I’m great hands.

All of the staff are wonderful... Dr. Windom is pleasant and open and easy to talk to. I love his nurse .. she is wonderful!!

I've been a patient of Dr.Tackitt for several years. I love that he is always upfront and honest about your health and concerns. He always addresses any issues with an honest professional opinion. His office staff has always been very kind and welcoming at each visit as well. I have recommended several friends and family members to his practice and will continue to do so. Love Dr.T!

Dr Tackitt and the staff are very kind and helpful. However, make sure you don't have any other commitments after the appointment because the wait to see the doctors are consistently very long. The usual wait until you see the doctor is typically 45-60 minutes from your appointment time; sometimes longer. This isn't for just Dr Tackitt. All of the physicians are over booked.
