Dr. Chappell and her staff are AWESOME! She puts you at ease during your visit. She never makes you feel as if she’s rushed or you’re just another patient. Everyone from checkin to checkout and the MA’s are always pleasant during my visit.

Appointment was over an hour late but I understand Dr T has patients that sometimes need to go very long if there’s an issue and he would do the same for me if I had a serious issue, so not upset. He’s great as is his staff.

Every person I encountered was amazing, and upbeat. From check in to check out I was comfortable. My questions were efficiently answered and my time there was very sufficient did not feel rushed. Would highly recommend this facility.

This was my first time coming here and Dr. Tackitt was amazing. I had concerns and questions and he took the time to talk to me about everything that was bothering me and gave me knowledge of what was happening. He made it super easy to talk and not be nervous! Definitely coming back!
